Apartment based in the heart of the 6th arrondissement in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, between Boulevard Saint-Germain and the Seine.
Located on the ground floor, it is accessible via an inner building courtyard and has a private deck terrace.

It comprises an entrance hall, a large open-plan kitchen, a living room with dining area, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 2 toilets including a separate one, and the terrace deck space accessible either from the living-room or the second bedroom.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (cooking utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.) and has a table/bar area for four people.
The dining room includes a table for up to four people. The lounge has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV.
For your information, the sofa and the two armchairs in the living room were replaced with new ones on February 20, 2026. New photos will be available soon.

Optical Fiber is available throughout the apartment (450+ Mb/s).

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a portable air conditioner, and a large wardrobe.
The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub as well as a shower, a sink, a towel warmer, and a mirror.

The second bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm double bed, TV and a storage cabinet.
The en-suite bathroom has been thoughtfully designed to include a shower, washbasin, WC, and a towel drying rack.

The large deck terrace welcomes a table for 4 people in order to enjoy the quiet outdoor space.

The appartment is equipped with portable air-conditioning (each room can be air-conditioned if needed).

Smoking is strictly prohibited and pets are not permitted.

Our favorite place to stay in Paris
We have stayed at this apartment on our last two trips to Paris. We can’t imagine needing or wanting anything more. It has become our favorite place to stay when in Paris. The highlights for us include: ground floor, quiet/private/cleanliness. Location in relation to central Paris, the Seine, metro stations, bus stops, restaurants, groceries, boulangeries, safety. Private outdoor patio. We love listening to the church bells as we drink our coffee and plan our day. Comfortable beds, high quality linens and towels, closet space Comfortable spacious living area. Uncluttered and tastefully decorated plenty of quality kitchenware. Quality kitchen appliances including a clothes washer and separate dryer. Glamaparis’ staff: communication, personal greeting and tour upon arrival, and their genuine interest and Availability in supporting clients’ positive experience. There is nothing like finding a place to call home when in the beautiful city of light and love. We will return, no doubt!

Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Host professional and responsive. Very quiet. No street noise. Very safe feeling neighborhood.
